Back-End Developer Intern

Upside Health is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic college student for a summer internship as a Back-End Developer.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside our CTO, front-end developers, user-experience designers and product manager as we continue to expand the capabilities of our core products. You will mostly be responsible for tinkering with PHP code, related development tools and processes to learn how to make it all work… all in a best-practices environment.
The ideal candidate is a friendly human who enjoys building software while solving complex problems. This person should be open and receptive to receiving and providing constructive feedback. This internship is right for you if you enjoy working with a highly motivated and team-focused health tech startup. This is a full-time, remote, summer internship role and paid $15/hr.

- A desire to learn how to use Postman to test APIs as you code
- Willingness to learn, and to ask many, many questions

- Great written and verbal communication skills
